  • You may be required to provide photos or videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened or used products.

  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond the allowed time.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
